The advantage with braid apart from the very fine diameter is that the material is virtually non stretch, you are in immediate contact with the fish. Braid is now very popular and has improved greaty over the past few years, most of todays braids are very abrasion resistant. You can afford to go up in strength 10lbs or so with braid due to it's very fine diameter. Power pro has been our best seller.

POWER PRO BRAID

Probably one of the best braids available.
It is woven round, smooth and sensitive with near zero stretch. Unbelievable strength to diameter ratios, over 3 times that of monofil,
no reel memory and very abrasion resistant.
Available in Moss Green or HiVis Yellow, on 150 or 300 yard spools.

TUFLINE DURACAST BRAID

The braid solution for spinning reels, eliminates tip wraps, wind knots, rod guide noise and bail trip issues.
The mono core is covered with spectra braid. This is then heat treated, melting the mono allowing it to fuse through the braid, giving super smooth outer coating.
All the advantages of braid but smooth, supple and non stretch.
Available in Moss Green or HiVis Yellow.
